Body-Oriented Psychotherapy

- Online or in Copenhagen

There are many good reasons to begin therapy.

Perhaps you have feelings or bodily sensations that weigh on you, or that are hard to understand—anxiety, stress, or depression? Maybe you struggle with low self-esteem or difficulties in your relationships?

When we are willing to look inward and engage with what’s inside, there is always the potential for moving into a new, more beautiful place in life. There is potential for greater inner freedom and harmony.

Therapy can also be something you choose—not only to deal with urgent issues in life, but to support you in living more fully, more authentically.

A Bit About My Approach

In therapy, I work in a relational and integrative way, drawing on a range of methods to support all the different parts of you as a human being. This might include conversation, body-based exercises, mindfulness and awareness practices, expressive arts (like drawing), dream work, systemic and family constellations, guided meditations, energy work, breathwork, or integration of spiritual and psychedelic experiences—depending on what feels most helpful for you in the moment.

We always begin with your situation, and from there I support you in connecting with your own inner strength and wisdom.

If this resonates with you, feel free to call or write to learn more here.

BODY, MIND & SOUL are inseparable parts of who we are. In therapy, I always keep all three in focus. When the body is in pain, the mind often tightens up. When the mind is racing, it’s hard to find peace in the body. They’re deeply connected—you can’t shift one without affecting the others.

The soul is the part of us untouched by body and mind. It’s our essence—the truest part of who we are, beneath layers of thoughts and beliefs. When we learn to listen to the soul, life begins to feel more meaningful, more aligned.

Often, what shows up as a problem in one area—for example, physical symptoms—also hides in more subtle ways, like in thought patterns or limiting beliefs. When we take the time to gently unfold what lies beneath, confusion can give way to clarity. Suddenly there’s a sense of meaning, understanding, and release. From that place, new possibilities open—what once felt heavy can transform into something that wants to grow and expand.

That, to me, is the magic of therapy.

I love witnessing how challenges, when given space, can reveal themselves as hidden teachers—holding gifts, insights, and new directions. We all carry old wounds and traumas that quietly shape our lives. But when we dare to explore them in a safe and loving space, they can be transformed into freedom, strength, and love. And that transformation is such a beautiful thing to behold.

My Qualifications

I trained as a Spiritual Integrative Body & Psychotherapist at Tobias-Skolen, a four-year program that combined theory, practice, and deep personal work. Throughout my training, I was also in ongoing therapy and supervision myself, ensuring that my work rests on a solid and healthy foundation—professionally and personally.

I’m currently continuing my education with Bodynamic International. I completed the one-year Foundation Training in March 2025 and have now begun the three-year Practitioner Program.
